The room had a balcony with a BEAUTIFUL sea view. It included complementary fruits and wine, SUCH a pleasant surprise. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with a variety of food and desserts.
The staff, while present, did not exhibit the level of helpfulness one would expect. Responses to inquiries felt dismissive, though any attempts to seek assistance were met with indifference. I was placed in an adjoining room. The noise from my neighbors was intolerable.

poor cleanliness expensive wifi
The location was convenient. It was easy to get around (i liked being close to shops).
The cleanliness left something to be desired. i found the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly a couple of times, and i had to ask for fresh towels twice. also, the promised wifi wasn't free, annoying. I had to pay extra for it, paid wifi, fresh towels twice

a decent place to stay
outdoor pool gym equipment room cleanliness evening entertainment
i stayed in a standard double or twin room side sea view. the location was good with easy access to local shops. i also liked that the hotel had a big outdoor pool. the gym had a good selection of equipment.
The cleanliness in the room was not great. i found some hairs in the bathroom, and the floors did not seem to be cleaned properly. the evening entertainment was not excellent. It was held in the parking area.

clean pool area breakfast option clear water
the pool area was very clean the room was also nice wifi access was excellent i found the staff to be very sweet. i liked the breakfast options there were many to choose from i also liked that katsarka beach was close by. the water was clear at the beach and there were few sunbeds which kept it from getting too crowded.

dated interior extra fees
the location was acceptable it was quite close to many restaurants.
The dated interior reminded me of a hotel from years ago it needed updating. my room safe required a key and i had to pay extra for it. That felt cheap for a supposed four-star hotel. additionally, the outdoor bar wasn't always staffed, forcing me to wait around for someone to appear.

the hotel interior looks great and the room was clean. the outdoor pool offers a convenient space to relax. i received a wine and cake for my birthday, a very thoughtful touch. the staff seemed friendly.

The room was spacious and cleaned daily. breakfast and dinner offer many different food options. the pool at the hotel is beautiful and always seems clean. A bar is right next to it to serve drinks and food.

the gym has updated equipment there are new sunbeds near the pool area i noticed new furniture throughout the place the staff seemed friendly i appreciate that the rooms were consistently clean
