The location was convenient. It was easy to get around (i liked being close to shops).

The cleanliness left something to be desired. i found the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly a couple of times, and i had to ask for fresh towels twice. also, the promised wifi wasn't free, annoying. I had to pay extra for it, paid wifi, fresh towels twice

i stayed in a standard double or twin room side sea view. the location was good with easy access to local shops. i also liked that the hotel had a big outdoor pool. the gym had a good selection of equipment.

The cleanliness in the room was not great. i found some hairs in the bathroom, and the floors did not seem to be cleaned properly. the evening entertainment was not excellent. It was held in the parking area.

the pool area was very clean the room was also nice wifi access was excellent i found the staff to be very sweet. i liked the breakfast options there were many to choose from i also liked that katsarka beach was close by. the water was clear at the beach and there were few sunbeds which kept it from getting too crowded.

the location was acceptable it was quite close to many restaurants.

The dated interior reminded me of a hotel from years ago it needed updating. my room safe required a key and i had to pay extra for it. That felt cheap for a supposed four-star hotel. additionally, the outdoor bar wasn't always staffed, forcing me to wait around for someone to appear.
