poor cleanliness expensive wifi

The location was convenient. It was easy to get around (i liked being close to shops).

The cleanliness left something to be desired. i found the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly a couple of times, and i had to ask for fresh towels twice. also, the promised wifi wasn't free, annoying. I had to pay extra for it, paid wifi, fresh towels twice

a decent place to stay

outdoor pool gym equipment room cleanliness evening entertainment

i stayed in a standard double or twin room side sea view. the location was good with easy access to local shops. i also liked that the hotel had a big outdoor pool. the gym had a good selection of equipment.

The cleanliness in the room was not great. i found some hairs in the bathroom, and the floors did not seem to be cleaned properly. the evening entertainment was not excellent. It was held in the parking area.

clean pool area breakfast option clear water

the pool area was very clean the room was also nice wifi access was excellent i found the staff to be very sweet. i liked the breakfast options there were many to choose from i also liked that katsarka beach was close by. the water was clear at the beach and there were few sunbeds which kept it from getting too crowded.

the location was acceptable it was quite close to many restaurants.

The dated interior seemed like a hotel from years ago it needed updating. my room safe required a key and i had to pay extra for it. That felt cheap for a supposed four-star hotel. additionally, the outdoor bar wasn't always staffed, forcing me to wait around for someone to appear.

the hotel interior looks great and the room was clean. the outdoor pool offers a convenient space to relax. i received a wine and cake for my birthday, a very thoughtful touch. the staff seemed friendly.

the gym has updated equipment there are new sunbeds near the pool area i noticed new furniture throughout the place the staff seemed friendly i appreciate that the rooms were consistently clean
